Our salerooms are now established as a major national auction centre with an ever-increasing international following. Perth's central location, with fast motorway access to international airports, enables buyers from far afield to attend our sales with ease.

General Sales

We hold weekly sales on Fridays of over 500 lots, which include 19th Century, Edwardian, reproduction and modern furnishings. Our comprehensive sales capability is of benefit not only to private vendors - we deal with in excess of 2000 individual customers a year - but also executors and professional advisers when concerned with the disposal of entire furnishing contents.

Valuations

We can also offer valuations in a variety of situations such as for Insurance, Inheritance Tax or Capital Gains Tax purposes, or in the instance of a Family division or Private Treaty sale where a professional valuation can help to resolve disputes. Our valuation charges are based on the time taken, and we are happy to discuss your valuation requirements in confidence.

Sale Charges

Our standard charges for selling by auction are as follows:

Commission Antiques and Specialist Sales - 10%
General Sales - 15% (minimum charge £1 per lot)
Insurance £1 per £100 (applicable to Antique and Specialist Sales)
Inspection Visits Normally Free of Charge
